Pixeloku does not ask you to register an account and does not collect your name, email address, or contact details. Your game progress is stored on your device and synced through your own iCloud storage, which we cannot read.
If you choose to connect Game Center, Apple handles your player name, achievements, leaderboard scores, and multiplayer matches under Apple's privacy policy. You can play as a Guest instead, and none of that is shared.
Players who created a Pixeloku account before September 2026 still have an email address, username, and game statistics stored on our servers. Account registration is no longer offered, and that data can be deleted at any time.
We do not send marketing messages, and we do not use advertising or analytics services.
Game progress lives in three places: on your device, in your iCloud storage, and — only if you connect Game Center — with Apple. Data in transit is encrypted. Anything held for a pre-September-2026 Pixeloku account is encrypted in transit and at rest.
We use Apple for iCloud sync, Game Center, and payments, and RevenueCat to confirm purchases. We receive only the confirmation that a purchase happened. A database holds the remaining pre-September-2026 accounts. No tracking or analytics services are used.
In the app, Reset Game Data in Settings erases everything Pixeloku has stored on your device and in your iCloud. Players with a pre-September-2026 account also have Delete Pixeloku Account, which removes that account and its data from our servers. You can also contact us at pixeloku@gmail.com.
By using Pixeloku, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game.
Pixels earned in-game are used to unlock features, hints, or virtual items. Pixels have no real-world monetary value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law. Premium includes the premium game modes, every premium-exclusive theme, a 50% Pixels bonus on every win, 10% off the store, and the custom theme builder. Syncing your progress is free for everyone and is not a premium feature. Premium is tied to your Apple Account and can be restored at any time from Settings. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any premium feature at any time with or without notice. If we discontinue a major premium feature, users who purchased within 90 days may request a pro-rated refund.
We may modify or terminate the service at any time for any reason. Upon termination, premium features will cease to function. We are not obligated to provide refunds upon service termination, except where required by applicable law. We will provide 30 days notice before discontinuing major paid features when reasonably possible.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the game constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
